This Privacy Policy explains how Teton Forest Technologies, LLC ("Teton Forest Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through the FMM.Systems marketing website at fmm.systems (the "Site"). We are based in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, and are the controller of the personal information described here.

This policy covers the public Site only. Personal information processed inside the FMM.Systems application on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's separate written agreement with us, under which we act as a service provider / processor.

When you submit a contact or consultation form, or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email address, organization, phone number (if you include it), and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard usage information through Google Analytics — such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Analytics do not run until you accept; see our Cookie Policy. Our hosting provider also processes basic server logs (including IP address) as needed to deliver and secure the Site.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and follow up about FMM.Systems.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used (only with your analytics consent).
