These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FMM.Systems marketing website at fmm.systems (the "Site"), operated by Teton Forest Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope — website only

These Terms apply to the public Site. They do not govern access to or use of the FMM.Systems software application or related services, which are provided under separate written agreements between us and each customer. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed customer agreement regarding the software, the customer agreement controls for the software.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests.
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the FMM.Systems name and marks, and product screenshots — are owned by or licensed to Teton Forest Technologies, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teton Forest Technologies, LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Governing law
